Safe Scouting

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

Safe Scouting adventures is one of our top priorities in the Greater Toronto Council as well as Scouts Canada as a whole. As such we take safety very seriously. If you have any safety concerns to report please submit them to safety@scouts.ca as soon as possible.

Incident report forms

Every volunteer has a roll to play in scouting safety, one of the most important roles is reviewing previous incidents to prevent future ones. This can be done by completing incident report forms. If you are having trouble completing one and need assistance please contact your group commissioner or Area Team.

Complaint forms

We want to make sure all our youth and adult members feel safe! In accordance with our bullying and harassment policy in case of situations where a member feels unsafe or a code of conduct violation has taken place a complaint form may be filed. If you know of such a situation please contact your Area Support Manger.

See our National Safety Page for more info on Scouting Safety!

Scouts Canada, the country’s leading youth organization, offers challenging programs for boys, girls and youth age 5-26 in thousands of individual groups in most cities and towns across Canada.
